Welcome to Beprt (“Beprt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.beprt.com and all of the free online games, features, and services made available through it (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
Beprt is a free browser-based gaming platform intended for a general audience. You may use the Service if you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. About the Games and Content
The games available on Beprt are HTML5 browser games that are supplied and hosted by third-party game distributors and their original developers. Beprt receives these games through the GameMonetize distribution network and organises them so they are easy to find and play in one place. The game descriptions shown on game pages are supplied by the developers, not written by Beprt. For a selected set of games, marked “Tested by Beprt”, we add our own test notes and screenshots, and we also publish our own curated lists and browser tools. We do not claim ownership of the underlying games themselves; all rights in each game remain with its respective developer or licensor.
Because the games are provided by third parties, their availability, behaviour, and content may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the Service (such as earning experience points, leaving comments, or appearing on leaderboards) require you to create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

If you post comments or other content on the Service, you retain ownership of that content, but you grant Beprt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for anything you post, and you must not post content that infringes the rights of others or violates these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Beprt name, logo, website design, our own “Tested by Beprt” notes and screenshots, articles, curated lists, tools and other materials created by us are the property of Beprt and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission. The games and their associated assets are the property of their respective owners.
7. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising. We use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, to display advertisements. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. 8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, games, or services that are not owned or controlled by Beprt. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or service.
