DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Beprt (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the users and content providers of our platform to do the same. This policy explains how copyright works on Beprt and how rights holders can report material they believe infringes their copyright.

1. Games Are Provided by Third Parties

Beprt is a free browser-gaming platform. The playable games featured on www.beprt.com are supplied and hosted by third-party game distributors and their original developers. Beprt does not host the game files themselves; we embed games that their developers make available for distribution through the GameMonetize network. The game descriptions on game pages are supplied by the developers. For selected games marked “Tested by Beprt” we add our own test notes and screenshots.

If you are the owner of a game or other material and believe it is being made available in a way that infringes your rights, we will act promptly to address valid concerns as described below.

2. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that content available on or through Beprt infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send us a written notice containing the following information, as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — for example, the exact URL(s) on our site;
  4. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Where to Send Your Notice

Please send your complete copyright notice to our designated contact:

Email: contact@beprt.com
Subject line: DMCA Copyright Notice

To help us respond quickly, please include “DMCA” in the subject line and provide all of the information listed above. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

4. What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material identified in your notice. Because the games on our platform are supplied by third parties, we may also forward valid notices to the relevant game provider so that they can take action at the source.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your full name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Send counter-notifications to the same contact email listed above.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate the accounts of users or providers who are found to be repeat infringers.
