About Beprt

Beprt (beprt.com) is a small, independent browser-games website run by Sandeep Kumar from India. It is a one-person project, not a studio or a large company, and it is paid for by the adverts shown on the site.

What the site does

Beprt lets you play free HTML5 games directly in your browser, on a computer or a phone, without downloading anything or creating an account. We did not make these games. They are created by independent third-party developers and reach us through GameMonetize, a distribution network that lets websites embed games. The game files are hosted by GameMonetize, and the descriptions you see on most game pages are the ones supplied by the developers. Many of these games show their own short video adverts before or between rounds; those come from the game, not from Beprt.

Alongside the games we publish things we write and build ourselves:

How we test games

A game only gets the “Tested by Beprt” box after we have actually opened and played it. For each one we:

  1. Load the game in a desktop browser and note roughly how long it takes to become playable.
  2. Load it again in a phone-sized window (390 pixels wide) with touch input, to see whether it fits the screen and responds to taps.
  3. Play at least one round or level, and write down the controls we used, what the goal is and how difficult the start felt.
  4. Note whether the game showed or requested its own adverts during the session.
  5. Take our own screenshot and write a short, honest verdict.

We only write down what we saw. We do not publish star ratings, player counts or reviews from people we cannot verify. Every box shows the date of the last test, because browser games get updated and can change after we have looked at them. If you notice that a tested game no longer matches our notes, please tell us.

Games without a test box are still playable, but we have not reviewed them yet, so we keep them out of search engines until we have.

What we remove

We remove games whose names or artwork appear to use other companies’ characters, brands or trademarks, and games that present themselves as “hacks” or cheats. If you are a rights holder and believe something on Beprt uses your work without permission, please see our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
